Good credit history - No Chapter 11 or 13 bankruptcies within the last 12 months or Chapter 7 bankruptcy with the last 3 years and sum of delinquent account (if any) cannot be over $1000

Criminal Background - no felony record; if a misdemeanor, it may be approved but on a case-by-case basis

Good Driving record
